Carmen was born and raised in Coahuila Mexico, In 1993 Carmen moved to San Marcos Tx. to learn English and a profession to help her to succeed in the land where all your dreams come true. Never losing site of her professional goals, Carmen earned her Texas real estate license  on 2003 after her two children were born.

She is disciplined and has a natural ability to motivate and help others create solutions and a “win-win” experience. Whether she’s working with a first-time buyer or on a multi-million dollar transaction, Carmen is committed to looking after her client’s best interest. 

Carmen speaks English and Spanish, which has been very useful in the North Texas real estate market. Living in Mexico have taught her much about adapting to new market conditions and meeting the different needs of buyers and sellers
